Kukdo Chemical was founded in 1972 and was the first company in South Korea to produce and supply epoxy resins and curing agents. Afterwards, it not only contributed to the development of South Korea's chemical industry, but also made contributions to various industries around the world, including electrical and electronics. Automobiles, shipbuilding, civil engineering/construction, aerospace, and defense industries have contributed to and played a role in South Korea's economic growth. The reason why Guodu Chemical, which entered the previously barren domestic epoxy resin market, was able to establish the world's largest product production capacity and export its products to more than 60 countries is because it still puts customers first in the fierce survival competition with major global companies.
